Lionel Morand is a Standardization and Industry Development Expert at Huawei, responsible for the standardization and research strategy development for the evolution of cloud-native core networks. He is actively participating to the global standardization effort of mobility management solutions, being deeply involved in IETF and 3GPP since +25 years. Within IETF, he has served as chair of the DIME WG and RADEXT WG and has led activities on the design and the deployment of signaling networks based on SIP, Diameter and HTTP, IP protocols specified by IETF and massively adopted in mobile networks.
