Dr. Xipeng Xiao is lead of Huawei European Datacom Standard. He works extensively with European operators. Prior to Huawei, he was Director of Product Management at Riverstone Networks and Redback Networks in Santa Clara USA. He was Senior Manager at Global Crossing where he deployed and managed the MPLS network. Dr. Xiao is author of 4 RFCs and 1 book.
