Concluded RG Computing in the Network Research Group (coinrg)

The Computation in the Network Research Group has explored a number of
interesting and important topics under a wide-ranging charter. The
research area remains important, but the focus of interest has shifted
towards federated and in-network machine learning since the group was
chartered, and there are increasingly mature edge compute standards,
while development of programmable forwarding devices is now receiving
less attention and the group's activity has declined. Accordingly, the
Computation in the Network Research Group will close. Thanks to the
Chairs, document authors, all who participated.
