This either needs to have id-nits check or it
needs a light message on it just to make it clear it wasn't
an IETF document.  Here's yet another*  aspect of our
document series gap:  next time we say to a document author they
must laboriously check/redo their ABNF so it meets RFC2234bis
levels, why won't they point to this document as a counter-example?

The category/rules clatter here is getting deafening, I agree... :(
