This might be part of Sean's discuss in which case I'll clear and it'll be resolved there, but what is meant in the security considerations where it says that "CEs should use secure communication channels"? Some mail reveals the vendors do proprietary things with various nice names. It might or might not be worth adding a little description about that to the draft.
