under Xerox intellectual property:
Fuji Xerox, Co., Ltd., with its principal place of business at 2-17-22
Akasaka, Minato-ku, Tokyo, 107-0052 Japan, is authorized under Xerox MRC patents to
make, have made, use, offer for sale, lease, or otherwise dispose of its TIFF-FX
(RFC2301) products having MRC-related capabilities.
Fuji Xerox, Co., Ltd has participated in the TIFF-FX interoperability test
process as an independent developer of TIFF-FX, including MRC (Mixed Raster Content)
in a manner that is consistent with the MRC profile of TIFF-FX (i.e. Profile M).
