Thomas, D. Anthony, T. Berson, and G. Gong. Wave7 Optics affirms that it is prepared to grant a license to technology necessary to implement the specification on reasonable, non-discriminatory terms and conditions, provided a reciprocal license is granted to Wave7 Optics and other parties under any patents or pending applications that the license applicant has to any technology also essential for implementation of the specification.
