This is to advise the IETF that Nokia believes the Nokia patent "COMMUNICATIONS
SYSTEM AND METHOD" EP 1518363, and all corresponding
patents, may be relevant to RFC4555.

Regarding RFC4555, Nokia agrees not to assert those claims in the
above-identified
Nokia patents that apply to this submission and are technically necessary to
implement RFC4555 against any other party in respect of
its implementation of RFC4555, provided that the party relying on this
commitment does not assert its patents against Nokia.
