This draft is one of three that present the path-aware
SCION architecture. This memo defines the usage of a PKI
for the control plane.

This work was submitted to the ISE in March of 2024.
==Non-IETF Work==
SCION is a functional system that is currently supporting the
Secure Swiss Financial Network (SIX). It has also been presented
to the PANRG, and the publication of this draft is intended to
facilitate further work in that RG, should they wish.
