I think the use of the term "consent" here and elsewhere in WebRTC is
unfortunate as it is not the same as but can be confused with the idea
that a person is ok with the usually vast and onerous set of terms and
conditions supposedly imposed on them when they "visit" a web site.
If the term isn't really needed here it'd be better to try not use it I
figure, and even better to try to get rid of it from WeRTC generally,
though I do recognise that it may be too late for that.

I would like to see some indications of the expected documents and statuses.
I am particularly concerned that the need to specify "requirements" for protocol
changes to other working groups does not generate documents that won't be
needed once the protocol work is done and doesn't bog the WG down in work
that doesn't have early implementability.
