Technical Summary

   This document describes the Base45 encoding scheme which is built
   upon the Base64, Base32 and Base16 encoding schemes.

Working Group Summary

   No working group discussion.  Some comments about implementation
   parser and security when decoding.

Document Quality

   There are many implementations of this protocol, notably in QR
   code readers.
