Hi,

This document documents CBOR Tag 38, a tag for serializing language-tagged text strings in CBOR. The tag is already registered, but this document takes the initial registration text and uses it. It would be great to have someone with I18n expertise take a look at Appendix A, and make sure this is not missing anything.
