Technical Summary

   This document provides a framework overview for the Deterministic
   Networking (DetNet) controller plane.  It discusses concepts and
   requirements for DetNet controller plane which could be basis for
   future solution specification.

Working Group Summary

   This document had a few detailed reviews and inputs during its
   WG phase. It is a case of strong concurrence of a few individuals.
   No objections or controversies.  

Document Quality

   This is an informational document capturing the framework that
   will guide the protocol specification documents. Therefore, no
   implementations of this document. It has gone through reviews
   as part of the WG process.

   The Document Shepherd for this document is Lou Berger. The Responsible
   Area Director is Ketan Talaulikar.
