I would like to see some discussion of what happens if the identifier carried in the Relay Agent Identifier suboption is not unique across the domain. This is most likely to arise from misconfiguration of ASCII strings (but might also happen in a security attack). What is the impact on the network? Can one relay agent detect that there is another operating with an identical identifier? Can other network nodes spot the duplication? Do you expect anything more than an alert raised by the node that spots the issue?
