This work from DMM WG has a lot of routing aspects in it and has a direct bearing on a document in the BESS WG - https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/draft-ietf-bess-mup-safi/

Request a thorough review early in the WG cycle from someone that is familiar with BGP signalling and mechanics of L3VPN and EVPN, SRv6 and 3GPP (in that order of preference, if finding someone that matches all is hard).
