Technical Summary

   This document specifies the "Incremental" HTTP header field, which
   instructs HTTP intermediaries to forward the HTTP message
   incrementally.

Working Group Summary

   No controversy. Worth noting that this is a dependency of
   draft-ietf-ohai-chunked-ohttp.

Document Quality

   Document quality is good; multiple Last Call directorate reviews were
   received and addressed.

   While there are few live implementations of this header, it is advisory
   toward proxies which do already have this behavior; it simply provides
   a feedback channel to inform proxies which of their existing handling
   modes the client or server would prefer.

   The Document Shepherd for this document is Mark Nottingham. The
   Responsible Area Director is Mike Bishop.

IANA Note

  Defines new HTTP message field.
