Summary: This draft undertakes the well-founded deprecation of two algorithms
found in RFC 7518, just like the title says. It also provides guidance to the
registry designated experts to head off the registration of other insecure
algorithms. It's all clearly written and easily understood. There's a single,
tiny nit that I found. [Ready with nit]
