I'm the appointed artart reviewer for draft-ietf-pim-ipv6-zeroconf-assignment
and read -12 now.

A fine document, I think. I do have a couple of questions, but those are more
due to curiosity, I don't necessarily think the document needs to answer them.
You (the authors) may want to, or not, it's up to you, really.

1. What use can an IPv4 multicast address possibly be for allocating zeroconf
v6 addresses?

2. When a multicast sender needs to return to the group ID selection stage due
to a conflict, how do subscribers learn that? And follow the move to the new
group? This may be related to how subscribers learn the address in the first
place.
