I reviewed the -05 version. Seems on the right track.
- Sec 1.1 does a very good job of briefly explaining why this is needed vs YANG
and other seeming alternatives. Good to make the clear case for this so well at
the start. Don't be tempted to make this section longer. ;-) - Sec 3.1,
s/attribute is not required, and is not case-sensitive/attribute is NOT
required, and is NOT case-sensitive - Spell out the BLE acronym on first use (I
noticed in Sec 7.1 but BLE may be mentioned earlier)

Overall this draft is very mature - surprisingly so - good work so far!
