" Instead of "sub", the top-level claim "sub_id" SHALL be used. "sub_id"
contains the subclaim "format" whose value is set to scim to indicate the other
attributes present are SCIM attributes. The following sub_id attributes are
defined: "

attributes" in the next sentence, right? I just wonder whether "the other
sub_id attributes present" would be clearer.

What is the "final id attribute"?
