The IESG received a second appeal from D. J. Bernstein concerning the processing of draft-ietf-tls-mldsa.

On the claim challenging the rough consensus in the Working Group Last Call (WGLC) to advance draft-ietf-tls-mldsa to publication, the IESG assessed the feedback provided in the WGLC. The IESG found that this rough consensus was called correctly by the TLS WG Chairs – there was broad support to publish, and the objections raised were considered and discussed. This claim is denied.

On the claims related to requests for payment, this matter was previously appealed by the appellant and denied. See the IESG response.

On the claims related to the advancement of draft-ietf-tls-mldsa to IETF Last Call, this matter has also previously been appealed and denied. See the IESG response.

This appeal is denied.
