TCPM works on some few standards-track documents as well as several experimental and informational documents, which are all comprehensively reviewed prior to publication.
The working group has met during IETF 96 (see https://www.ietf.org/proceedings/96/minutes/minutes-96-tcpm). Amonst others, recent TCP enhancements in the Linux and Windows TCP stacks have been discussed.
