This is to inform you that Lucent Technologies has applied for and/or has patent(s) that relate to the binning algorithm which is a part of draft-ietf-avt-rtpsample, under development in the Audio/Video Transport Working Group. This declaration is being made pursuant to the provisions of IETF IPR Policy , Sections 10.3.1 and 10.3.2.
