Cisco filed an IPR disclosure on draft-tian-quic-quicmls, with regard to patent application US18/797676, now patent US12567972B2. I believe that this patent also applies to draft-kohbrok-mls-two-party-profile. Since I am no longer at Cisco, so I am filing this third-party disclosure.
