This disclosure updates IPR disclosure 7551, which deferred a licensing declaration under RFC 8179 Section 5.5(B). The Patent Holder now makes the declaration selected above. The royalty-free license is available to any implementer of the specification identified in Section IV, subject to the following two conditions, which are the only conditions that must be satisfied in order to obtain the license: (i) Reciprocity. The implementer grants, on the same royalty-free and otherwise reasonable and non-discriminatory basis, any of its own Necessary Patent Claims to implementers of that specification. (ii) Defensive suspension. The Patent Holder may suspend the license as to any party that asserts patent claims against the Patent Holder with respect to that specification. No other terms or conditions apply. |
