Statement	This disclosure relates to draft-hillier-coverage-attestation, The Coverage Attestation Profile (CAP-1), revision 00, and in particular to the withheld disposition and its digest binding specified in normative rules R3 and R4. Certisyn, Inc. owns the subject matter identified above and contemplates a patent application covering it. Certisyn believes that rights arising from that application may ultimately Cover the Contribution. No patent application covering the subject matter is on file as at the date of this disclosure and an application is in preparation. The disclosure is made under RFC 8179 Section 5.1.1, which reaches intellectual property rights that a participant believes may ultimately Cover a Contribution. It is made in general form because Section V(A) of the specific template requires a patent or application number and none yet exists. It is not a general disclosure under RFC 8179 Section 5.4.3 and Certisyn does not offer it in place of specific disclosure. Certisyn will file a specific disclosure identifying the application once the application is filed. Licensing. Certisyn will provide a licensing declaration by supplementary disclosure. RFC 8179 Section 5.5.B provides that a licensing declaration is encouraged and not mandatory.
