Body
ITU-T Working Party 4/13 would like to inform you that Q16/13 is developing the
new draft Recommendation related to QKD and TLS integration framework.

Draft Recommendation ITU-T Y.QKD-TLS specifies the framework for integration of
QKD and TLS, including overview, requirements, reference model and basic
operation of QKD and TLS integration.

The work item is intended to provide pre-shared keys (PSKs) from QKDNs for
cryptographic applications based on TLS protocol to enhance its security
against quantum computing cracking. The procedure of PSK integration into TLS
follows IETF RFC8446.

This information is for your comments and we look forward to collaborating with
you in this area.
