Abstract
As VPNs grow in popularity, tunnel configuration and management becomes ever more important since the services and mechanisms proposed for VPN deployment are based on tunnels and tunneling protocols. It is important, then, for operating and managing such tunnel services to have a measurement mechanisms and infrastructure available.
