Technical Summary
ABNF is widely used by many other RFCs to define syntax. An
implementation report has been submitted which shows interoperability
between several RFCs and several ABNF tools.

Working Group Summary
There is no WG. IETF Last Call brought up a few minor issues dealt with
in RFC Ed notes.

Appendix B:
OLD
Certain basic rules are in uppercase, such as SP, HTAB, CRLF, DIGIT,
ALPHA, etc.
NEW
This appendix contains some basic rules that are common to many
uses of ABNF. Basic rules are in uppercase. Note that these rules
are only valid for ABNF descriptions of 7-bit ASCII, and other
rules would have to be used for UTF-8 or other character sets.
