   This document describes the inner workings of IETF meetings and
   Working Groups, discusses organizations related to the IETF, and
   introduces the standards process.  It is not a formal IETF process
   document but instead an informational overview.

 
Working Group Summary
 
 There were a number of useful comments during IETF Last Call
 which have been incorporated. No questions of principle were
 raised by the community.
 
Quality
 
 Reviewed for the IESG by Brian Carpenter. There is one known
 implementation.
