Multi-Link Subnet Issues

I just submitted draft-iab-multilink-subnet-issues-02.txt to the I-D repository.  This contains two changes from the previous version:

1) Changed the copyright from ISOC to the IETF Trust, per RFC4748
2) Clarified a recommendation in section 4.2, regarding APIs that
  report prefix lengths of the local machine's own addresses.

OLD:

NEW:

I believe that all feedback has been addressed, and that this document is ready for IAB last call.
