The security considerations text states (in its entirety) This document does not introduce any new security considerations beyond those already described in [LDP-IGP-SYNC]. This is not clear to most readers, but the authors provided excellent rationale for this statement in discussions with the Secdir reviewer. It would be helpful, IMHO, to add that rationale to the security considerations section.
