Technical Summary

   Color is a 32-bit numerical attribute that is used to associate a
   Traffic Engineering (TE) tunnel or policy with an intent or objective
   (e.g., low latency).  This document specifies extensions to Path
   Computation Element Protocol (PCEP) to carry the color attribute.

Working Group Summary

   The process was smooth and is covered in detail in the
   shepherd writeup.

Document Quality

   There aren't any reported implementations although one is reported to
   be in preparation. There have been some good reviews including a recent
   detailed one by Adrian Farrel (opsdir review). The authors have been
   responsive to review input.

   The Document Shepherd for this document is Andrew Stone. The Responsible
   Area Director is John Scudder.
