Technical Summary

   This document specifies a generic mechanism to extend IGMPv3 and
   MLDv2 by using a list of TLVs (Type, Length, and Value).

Working Group Summary

   Full consensus on progressing the draft.  The WG has been engaged
   through the development of the document.

Document Quality

   Authors from several vendors are on the draft and there was broad 
   support across the WG.  No implementations at this time but it's a 
   simple extension of a widely used protocol.
