I would suggest that you
        1/ publish the revised ID
        2/ send a note to the RFC Editor requesting publication
          as an Info RFC and noting that the URL is documented
          in ITU-T recommendation XXXX (fill in the document number)

Hello Scott!

Based on the latest ENUM and IPTEL developments and your latest discussion
with Jonathan (see below), I would like to submit the revised
http://www.ietf.org/internet-drafts/draft-levin-iptel-h323-url-scheme-05.txt
to the RFC editor in order to be published as an informational RFC and, as a
result, the H.323 URL scheme to be registered with IANA.

Please, let me know whether this is the right thing to do or suggest
otherwise.
