Abstract
This draft provides overview of 802.16 Network characteristics and Convergence Sublayers, and specifies the problems in running the IPv6 Neighbor Discovery over 802.16 Networks. This document also presents the goals that point at relevant work to be done either at IETF or some other standards body.
