This document describes the 'voc:' Uniform Resource Identifier (URI) scheme for vocabulary terms and codes. The 'voc:' URI scheme also belongs to the class of Hierarchical URI Schemes as defined in RFC 2396 'Uniform Resource Identifiers (URI): Generic Syntax'.
