Abstract
This draft summarizes the discussion and outcome from the sipping working group ad hoc meeting to discuss TISPAN requirements held on November 9, 2005. The sipping working group held an ad hoc meeting on November 9, 2005 to address TISPAN's requirements as outlined in [TISPAN-Reqts] and [TISPAN-Anal]. During the meeting, the requirements were discussed and following are the comments made to address the requirements.
