Abstract
This memo describes the Content-Based Publish-Subscribe service over APEX. The Content-Based Publish-Subscribe service is designed as an extension to the APEX Publish-Subscribe service, allowing applications to subscribe to specific content within a defined topic, rather than the entire topic.
