    The management issue was discussed.
    Action item: Scott Hollenbeck will generate the text of
    an announcement to go to the IETF Announcement list
    rescinding the approval decision for
    draft-mccobb-xplusv-media-type, and providing instructions
    to IANA and the RFC Editor.

    6.2 Klensin Appeal (Brian Carpenter)

    The management issue was discussed with only the IESG in
    attendance. In the executive session, the ADs unanimously
    approved a response to John Klensin's appeal, with Russ Housley
    absent, and Ted Hardie recused.

    6.3 Results of the conversation with IEEE regarding jumbo-frames (Alex Zinin)

    The management issue was discussed.
