    o    Last time todos

* PT: 6 new interim meetings starting today until the next IETF meeting
* PT: Milestone have been updated for SCHC CoAP
* JCZ sent a message to Dominique for references check.
* Pascal presents the work in progress, and modifies the CoAP draft date to
November as Laurent input

    o    Status of drafts
* PT: any questions? [No]
* Difficult to find a reviewer for the SCHC draft (from IoT directorate); that
review is expected by Jan 18th * Laurent: We need to make a new version of the
CoAP draft * PT: Are Lora people publishing a new one? Yvo? * PT: Interested in
the work of management and SNMP => later with Yvo

    o    IETF 104
* Pascal requested meeting for IETF 104 early this time. Please check priority
(1st: 6lo, roll, rift, 6tish, core, intarea)
  Is 'suit' and 'ace' important?
 suit: yes (2), ace: nice to have (1)
ToDO: switch ACE and CBOR for the IETF session requirements
* See the cut-off date for registration and draft

*    [17:15] SCHC IESG review  (Dominique)                           [10min]
* PT: The SCHC draft follows the process of the IESG
*    [17:25] WG next steps  (chairs)                                 [10min]
* PT: in order to publish 'SCHC-over-foo' documents we need to recharter
* By IETF cut off we need to have all document refreshed
* And the ICMP management draft
* PT: We do not have a draft for 802. but a Charlie document on 15.4w (new
802.15.4 amendment for LPWAN)

*    [17:35] Recharter  (chairs)                                     [25min]
* During IETF103, we talked about IPv4. Pascal would be happy to see a draft on
that.

* WI1: CoAP over LPWA network
* WI2: generic data models
* WI3: SCHC-over-foo: Sigfox, LoRa, NB-IoT, 802.15.4-lpwan (instead of Wi-SUN)
* WI4: OAM

Ana: Question: SCHC-over-foo, informational or standard track?
PT: They will be standard track
JCZ: makes more sense to revert WI2 and WI3. Generic data model are somewhat
independent.
      PT: happy to swap.

WI4. OAM to the device and work from the ICMPv6 existing drafts
- PT would like to have a document with Ping and ICMP with the lpwan to be
referenced, by Feb15th - JCZ we need to discuss among authors * PT: does the
description of WI4 is as clear as you need? * JCZ: I think you need to change a
little bit the last part to focus on ping * AP: Can we say: "Some OAM
operation, starting with icmp" ? PT: Do not want to prevent anything which is
not 'ping'. JCZ: Right now we identified "ping" and "traceroute" ToDO: For WI4:
To enable minimal OAM operation PT: appreciate to have a document for WI4 by
updating the existing ICMP draft

ToDO: Pascal Publish an early version of the milestones and recharter
*    [18:00] AOB                                                     [ 0min]

PT: Happy New Year all
PT: Congratulations for the good work done last year and continue this year too.

[17:38] Meeting ajourned early.
