• SCHC over non-LPWAN-type of networks
• other features: FEC, protocol number for SCHC over IP
• YANG model, coreconf

• Carsten suggests to add a header called "background" in front of the
  "historical" part of the charter
• Quentin suggest swapping the first and second paragraphs
• Carsten: first sentence needs to stay first, second paragraph can be
  spliced in right after it.
• Carsten: split maintenance/continued activities and new work
• Pascal working on the charter text live.
• Carsten: what are the "Bar"'s in Bar-over-SCHC?
• Pascal: IPv4, ICMPv6, DLMS, other protocols over CoAP such as LwM2M
• Pascal: we'll be accountable for what shows up in the charter,
  beware of random examples
• Ana: maybe TCP as well
• Ana: 3GPP uses IPv4
