Sarker is tentatively planning to attend.

Dhruv Dhody will work on a proposal for a session topic and send it
  to the IAB for review.

5. Geo IP topics

Tommy Pauly noted that draft-pauly-httpbis-geoip-hint (The IP
Geolocation HTTP Client Hint ) will be discussed in the HTTPBIS WG
  session at IETF 121.

The abstract of the document is:

Techniques that improve user privacy by hiding original client IP
addresses, such as VPNs and proxies, have faced challenges with
server that rely on IP addresses to determine client location.
Maintaining a geographically relevant user experience requires
large pools of IP addresses, which can be costly. Additionally,
users often receive inaccurate geolocation results because servers
rely on geo-IP feeds that can be outdated. To address these
challenges, we can allow clients to actively send their network
geolocation directly to the origin server via an HTTP Client Hint.
This approach will not only enhance geolocation accuracy and reduce
IP costs, but it also gives clients more transparency regarding
    their perceived geolocation.

Roman Danyliw asked what the IAB can do about this. Tommy Pauly
replied that he thinks there is work to be done on this in the IETF,
but he is not sure what form it should take.

Colin Perkins suggested that there could be an IAB document that
describes the use cases and discusses whether they should be included
  in the Internet architecture.

Tommy Pauly said that he will see how the discussion at HTTPBIS goes,
and possibly come back to the IAB to see if there is interest in
writing something about this. Cullen Jennings and Mirja Kühlewind
indicated that they would be interested in this.
