The management issue was discussed.  The IESG approved Rich Salz 
<rsalz@akamai.com>, Nick Sullivan <nick@cloudflare.com>, and Yoav Nir
<ynir.ietf@gmail.com> as the designated experts for RFC 9853.

The management issue was discussed.  The IESG approved Rich Salz
