I’ve been asked to do a ops-dir review of draft-ietf-dnsop-rfc6304bis-04 any time one RFC replaces another one it needs to have a “changes since RFC xxx” section so that the reader can quickly tell what the differences are (see, for example, RFC 2047, 2183, 2460, 2737 ….) this ID does not have such a section - the ID should be revised to add it Scott
