Summary: My reading of the draft is that it is ready. I cannot claim prior
experience with BMP (and had to read few supporting RFCs to understand the
context a bit better), thus I may have missed some corners in the current draft.

Major issues: None.

Minor issues: Some of the new Stat Types, like 18, 19 and 22 sound like they
were updating RFC7854. Should this be reflected? I did see older versions of
the draft actually had the "updates" statement, but it has been removed since
-07. Any particular reason for that?

Nits/editorial comments: None.
