I have reviewed this document as part of the Operational directorate's ongoing
effort to review all IETF documents being processed by the IESG. These comments
were written with the intent of improving the operational aspects of the IETF
drafts. Comments that are not addressed in last call may be included in AD
reviews during the IESG review. Document editors and WG chairs should treat
these cineast just like any other last call comments.

Summary: Ready for publication

This draft makes no technical changes to RFC 7238 it obsoletes, but rather,
moves the RFC from experimental to a proposed standard. Julian has presented on
the use of this code (308) at a previous IETF meeting, and gave examples of
deployed uses of the code. I found the draft to be well written, straight
forward, and provided a thorough example. Finally, the nits checker tossed 1
warning, regarding the lack of mention of obsoleting RFC 7238 in the abstract,
which probably should be changed.

Thanks
Sarah
