Reviewer: Shwetha Bhandari Review result: Ready I have reviewed this document as part of the Operational directorate's ongoing effort to review all IETF documents being processed by the IESG. These comments were written with the intent of improving the operational aspects of the IETF drafts. Comments that are not addressed in last call may be included in AD reviews during the IESG review. Document editors and WG chairs should treat these comments just like any other last call comments. Summary: This is a bis document updating RFC5667. It specifies Upper layer bindings for NFS (versions 2,3,4 and NFS auxiliary protocols) to RPC-over-RDMA version 1 to enable Direct Data Placement(DDP). It identifies data items in NFS RPC that are eligible for DDP and considerations for buffer size evaluation, retries on short buffer etc for DDP. It reuses port allocated for Network File System (NFS) over RDMA. I don’t see any operational, network management or security management concerns with this bis document. Thanks, Shwetha
