This document defines an extension for the Node State and Attribute object to support conveyance of a node's parent set and defines an Objective Function to use this information to select one or more alternative parents. The draft is very well written and clear. I particularly liked the way it referenced RFC6719 to describe how this draft extends the MRHOF objective function. The Security Considerations section was brief and mostly consisted of references, but this seemed appropriate.
