This IP is being infringed upon by a number of secured IETF protocols including DNSSEC and the Geospatial Controls group but there are probably more technology briefs which in fact infringe on this system since a NETWORK ADDRESS is in fact a logical location in the real world. That said 'the location controls of the patent pertain to IP Addresses, MAC addresses and other pseudo-location indicator technologies too.
